Recycle Process

Recycle Process

The Process & Technology

We don’t just recycle, we re-engineer quality.

Process Step 1

UPSTREAM

In the upstream stage, we focus on supply and collection of industrial waste from our partner factories, including global brands such as Nike and Coach.

The waste we collect comes from manufacturing processes and includes materials such as textile, rubber, sockliner, plastic scrap, and Texon. These materials are then processed further into recycled products.

Process Step 2

CORE PROCESSING

In the processing stage, collected materials go through a series of advanced recycling procedures designed to restore and enhance their value. The process begins with sorting and classification to separate materials based on type and quality, followed by size reduction and drying to prepare them for further transformation into reusable raw materials.

Process Step 3

DOWNSTREAM

Our company processes plastic and industrial waste into five main types of recycled materials. To support large scale distribution and
processing, we collaborate with vendors in China, who help distribute and further process these materials to meet market demand.

  • Sports surfaces (playground, running track)
  • Rubber flooring & tiles (gym, industrial use)
  • Road construction (rubber asphalt)
  • Footwear components (outsoles, rubber parts)

Our Final Product

  • Widely used for injection molding & manufacturing
  • Footwear components (midsole, non-structural parts)
  • Construction & industrial applications (plastic pipes, panels, pallets)
  • (Suitable for both high value and low grade applications)
  • Reprocessed into polyester fiber (yarn & fabric)
  • Used for injection molding products
  • Packaging materials (non-food grade)
  • Blended with virgin plastic for manufacturing

Foam Based Material

  • Footwear Aplications (Lower grade insoles, internal padding components)
  • Recycled foam products (foam mats, carpet underlay, cushioning materials)
  • Blended material for industrial use

Fiber Based Structural Material

  • Footwear components (heel counter, toe puff)
  • Reprocessed into non-woven materials
  • Used for bags, labels, and accessories
  • Recycled into new Texon products (closed-loop system)

Our Operations

Supporting Sustainability

Our operations contribute to several Sustainable Development Goals, especially SDG 12 by promoting responsible production through recycling. We also support climate action by reducing waste burning , and contribute to sustainable industry and environmental protection.

We also encourage our partner factories to manage their waste responsibly by collaborating with us, so that the waste can be recycled and reused instead of being disposed of in ways that may harm the environment.
